Payments basics

Intent.ai supports prepaid payments (default) as well as postpaid options.

Prepaid

Before launching an advertisement campaign, it is needed to top up the balance by attaching a credit card, or by paying the invoice provided by Intent.ai staff.

Postpaid

Please contact our sales or customer support for postpaid option.

Terminology

Balance

Either negative and equal to unpaid amount for previous product use, or positive and equal to paid but unused amount of the account.

Credit limit

The lowest boundary of balance for the advertiser, lower than which the account will stop working until a payment is received.

Prepaid users' credit limit is 0.
